First properties located at Sea Terrace in Newport Coast. We have completely remodeled all the bathrooms and replaced the plumbing valves with Kohler fixtures and Moen valves. We have tile tub showers to the ceiling and installed in the master bathroom a new oval tub. All the flooring throughout the house is hardwood floors we will be posting photos of this work on our website. we’ve been stalled a new kitchen with a waterfall feature countertop. And all new recessed lighting throughout the entire home
